Life-altering
.
.
That’s what this book has been for me.
We were in MN visiting family, and my BIL handed my husband this book. We ended up getting sick at their house, and my hubs had a foot injury, but the Lord used it for good. Quiet reflection, space to read, deep conversations, and a shaking up of the status quo were what we needed.
This vibrant little book brought about such healthy changes to our family dynamic. I have recommended it often in this space, but apparently, I have never done a full review.
Practical means for change and steep challenges to live life more fully, more intentionally, less hurried and harried. Find yourself this book and get to it. Don’t just add this blinding orange book to your TBR. Make iit your goal to actually read it.
I don’t agree with every single thing John Mark Comer says, but who agrees 100% with anyone? It is Jesus-based and has good theology at its core. Even if you’re not a Christian, you can benefit greatly from this orange zing of a read.
